CHRISTOPHER MILITANO
VYP CHAIR
Raised in Florida, Christopher Militano has been on the East coast throughout his whole life. As a balanced man who represents relentless commitment, exceptional analytics, and community advocacy, Christopher obtained his Bachelor Degree in Sociology and Master of Science in Management at the University of Florida. Christopher is deeply rooted in the commitment to community advocacy by serving multiple positions on Red Shoe Society in order to spread the awareness of the Ronald McDonald House Charities' mission through volunteering, fundraising, and networking . During his time at the University of Florida, Christopher worked as a fiscal assistant for nearly four years in the Department of Pediatrics at UF Health before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada. Christopher is now an accounting specialist for WBF Management LLC, which owns and operates forty-five McDonald’s stores between Arizona and Nevada. Coming onboard as a Community Outreach Co-Chair, Christopher is excited to serve the Las Vegas community and have FUN along the way in charity!
SHEA HARMAN
AMBASSADORS CO-CHAIR
Shea is a native of Atlanta and moved to Las Vegas in 2022. With a background in Sports Business - Shea has spent time with Professional Teams, Collegiate Athletic Departments, and Entertainment Agencies. In his current role, he manages Sports & Corporate Partnerships for MGM Resorts Intl.
With a long-time passion for community involvement, Shea has held Chamber positions in two other cities and brings outside knowledge to the Vegas Young Professionals network. In his spare time, he is an avid music-fan and hiking enthusiast – often collecting vinyl, attending live-shows and conquering desert trails.
HANNAH RODIS
AMBASSADORS CO-CHAIR
Caleb Green is an Intellectual Property Strategist and Technology attorney in the Dickinson Wright Las Vegas office. His primary practice areas include intellectual property law, cyber-security and data protection laws, entertainment law, start-ups and business law, and technology law. Namely, Caleb’s experience revolves around trademark prosecution, intellectual property litigation and enforcement, intellectual property management, corporate due diligence, and data protection compliance. Caleb merges his legal acumen with his unique background in computer science and information technology to help clients understand complex technical and legal issues and advise them on how to best protect their proprietary goods and services through intellectual property and privacy laws.
Caleb is a double alumnus of UNLV, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Howard R. Hughes College of Engineering in 2015 and his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2019. He also currently serves as the Co-Chair for the Ambassador’s committee, and his favorite VYP events are the Big Wig lunch events. When he is not speaking at a conference or networking at VYP mixer, Caleb enjoys catching the latest musical at the Smith Center after sipping on afternoon tea at his favorite local tea shop.
ANGELA BARBARYAN
MARKETING CHAIR
Angela Barbaryan is a Las Vegas local, having called the city home since the age of three. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from UNLV in 2015 and later pursued an MBA in 2021, also at UNLV. Angela's career began in the dynamic world of hotels, where she honed her skills before stepping into her current role as the Executive Director for StripViewSuites, overseeing operations for more than 400 units in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. Committed to making a positive impact in her community, Angela joined Vegas Young Professionals in December 2022 and quickly became involved with both the Community Outreach and Marketing Committees in January 2023. In recognition of her leadership, she assumed the role of Community Outreach Committee Co-Chair in January 2024 and is now serving as the Marketing Chair for 2025. Angela’s dedication to fostering connections and community excellence is reflected in both her professional achievements and her active involvement with Vegas Young Professionals.
JENNIFER CHAO
EVENTS CO-CHAIR
Jen Chao is returning as the Events Committee Co-Chair for 2025. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Marketing from Stockton University and is a proud graduate of King’s College London where she earned her master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Analysis. She currently works at Caesars Entertainment as an HR Manager and serves as the Professional Development Chair for SAVVY, the women focused Business Impact Group. While at Stockton, she served as the Public Relations Vice Chair and Special Events Chair for the university’s programming board. She brought her love for event planning and people management to King’s and worked as the Community Engagement Assistant while going to grad school. Her most memorable events have been the WoodStockton spring concert featuring Taking Back Sunday and throwing a silent disco in London with the help of her staff of Community Facilitators. In her spare time she loves trying new restaurants and is on a mission to see 50 countries and all 50 states by the time she’s 50.
BIANCA BARBARYAN
EVENTS CO-CHAIR
Bianca Barbaryan is a Las Vegas local, one of the few born and raised here. She earned her bachelor’s degree in hospitality management with a concentration in meetings and events and a minor in dance from UNLV in 2021. Also, at UNLV Bianca found her passion for the events industry not just in her classes but as a part of the Rebel Events Board planning a multitude of events for the student body. She was apart of MGM Resorts for 7 years learning all she could from her roles in front services, Special Events, and lastly landing in Conventions and Catering. Currently She is a Event Manager at Fontainebleau Las Vegas with the experience of being apart of the opening team for the property still learning and growing with the new property. Bianca also has a small business for event planning and balloon decorations called Shooting Star Events that she started in 2021 shortly after graduating. Committed to growing her business and being more connected with her community she joined Vegas Young Professionals eager to meet new people. With in her first year, she joined the events committee to assist in providing event ideas, locations, and connecting VYP with her contacts for such events. Bianca recently assumed the role of Events Committee Co-chair starting January 2024.

DWAYNE DAVISON
MENTORSHIP CO-CHAIR
Dwayne Davison Jr. is a lover of Arts and Entertainment from the Entertainment Capital of the World, Las Vegas NV. Fortunately for all, Arts and Entertainment are one of the same in todays’ Entertainment Generation. Dwayne earned his B.S. (2010) in Business Administration & Management from the College of Business at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. During his college years and beyond, Dwayne amassed 15+ years of professional management, banking, customer service, event production and project management experience.
During his time with New York – New York Hotel & Casino, Dwayne developed an enduring mantra: Your Network Can and Will Build Your Net Worth. In September of 2013, during a surge of entrepreneurship, Dwayne formed Entertainment Capital Group LLC, in Las Vegas, NV. ECG’s mission is simple: To Be the Entertainment Leader for All Generations & Cultures Alike. To accomplish such a rewarding goal, Dwayne believes, “That if we live by the Golden Rule and keep God in our life, the sky is the limit, ”in today's Entertainment Generation.
LAUREN ALLEN
COMMUNITY OUTREACH CO-CHAIR
Lauren is a California transplant born and raised in Fresno, CA. She was awarded her B.A. in Political Science in May 2021 and decided to make the move to Las Vegas in August 2023. Best decision! She is a Corporate Partnerships Manager at United Way of Southern Nevada, where she focuses on connecting people who need help with those who can help to build a more equitable community for all.
Since joining Vegas Young Professionals in 2024 she has enjoyed making meaningful connections with young professionals from different industries. She currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Community Outreach Committee for VYP, helping our members find meaningful volunteer opportunities throughout the community.
When she is not networking or planning our next big volunteer event, you can catch her exploring hidden gems around Vegas, hanging out with friends and family, or hiking a trail somewhere. She’s on a mission to visit every National Park in the U.S.—so if you’ve got a favorite, send it her way!

DAUGHN GREENING
COMMUNITY OUTREACH CO-CHAIR
As Engagement Coordinator for the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA), Daughn oversees the management and development of community investor relationships, and ensures timely execution of projects and events. Specializing in relationship building, external relations, and strategic growth, Daughn excels in her role by leveraging her skills in event planning, project management, and investor services.
Daughn holds a BA in Communication, concentrating in Media Studies, and a minor in Sociology from Nevada State University. Beyond her professional endeavors, Daughn is deeply involved in global engagement and community service. As a member of the Salzburg Academy of Global and Media Change cohort, she actively contributes to international dialogues on pressing global issues, collaborating with peers from diverse backgrounds to explore innovative solutions. Additionally, Daughn serves as the co-chair on the Outreach Committee for Vegas Young Professionals (VYP), where she plays a vital role in shaping the organization’s outreach strategies and initiatives aimed at empowering and connecting young professionals in the Las Vegas area. Her leadership within the community complements her global perspectives, showcasing her dedication to both local and global community engagement.
Outside of work, Daughn enjoys trying out new recipes, finding new hiking trails, and traveling, further enriching her well-rounded perspective and passion for life.
