The Leadership Foundation has created a strong legacy of proven leadership development in Southern Nevada. More than 1,500 graduates have graduated from its leadership programs and gone on to positively shape the community by serving in Congress, the Nevada Legislature, Clark County Commission and other public offices, as well as served in leadership roles in business, education, and non-profits. Vegas Young Professionals, now in its 14th year, is the largest association of rising professional talent in the state. With more than 2,000 members, VYP helps the next generation of professionals hone their professional skills, build connections, and engage within the community.
